Shades of River

You may not recognize me on Western Ghats at first sight. You are about to call me MUPLY river if you follow the small streams for a while. Still I am not complete. From CHIMMINI Dam, a part of me originates and joins with me near PALAPILLY and some of you starts calling me as KURUMALIPUZHA as I am going to touch the feat of famous KURUMALIKKAVU Devi temple in few hours. Before reaching KURUMALIKKAVU, I will go thru KALKUZHY KADAVU and reaches KUNDUKADAVU between CHENGALOOR and PANTHALLUR where I met this author years ago as a school boy. Another part of me takes form of water stream at PEECHI Dam and you calls me MANALI river. We join together before blessing ARATTUPUZHA Sree Sastha temple and flows further thru KARUVANNUR so that you can call me KARUVANNUR river. Now I can listen the voice of SREE RAMA and I turns towards TRIPRAYAR temple. Then I reach ENAMAVU lake via KANDASSANKADAVU and provide water for boat race. Now I can almost see ARABIAN sea waiting for me at CHETTUVA AZHIMUKHAM which is my final destination.

The mud road that competed with river. The last I heard is that the road submitted itself to river
